What we run

Everything after your product is made

FBA prep & labeling

FNSKU labels, polybags, bundles and case packs, shelf-ready to Amazon standards since Amazon stopped prepping in 2026.

Storage & drip-feed

Hold your buffer at $0.50/cu.ft and drip-feed FBA to dodge aged-inventory surcharges. How drip-feeding works.

Pick, pack & ship

Amazon FBM, Walmart, eBay, TikTok Shop and Shopify orders from one pool, same-day dispatch before cutoff.

Returns that recover margin

Removals and returns inspected in 72 hours, 60-70% regraded and resold. Where to send FBA removals.

Why owned, not rented

One dock, flat rates, no surprises

Central Texas location

1 to 3 ground days to most Amazon fulfillment centers, without coastal warehouse rents.

One inventory pool

The same stock serves FBA, Walmart WFS and every direct channel, no splitting, no double handling.

No franchise markup

We own the building. No landlord, no royalties, no Q4 storage spike passed on to you.

Who we serve

Prep tuned to how you buy

Wholesale sellers

Pallet and container receiving, case packs, bulk prep and drip-feed. Prep for wholesale.

Online arbitrage

Multi-retailer parcels, sticker removal, buy-list reconciliation. Prep for online arbitrage.

Retail arbitrage

Ship in your store hauls; we strip tags, prep and forward to FBA. Prep for retail arbitrage.

Private label brands

Supplier receiving, quality inspection, store and drip-feed. Prep for private label.

Every channel, one dock

Amazon, Walmart and eBay from a single inventory pool

Most sellers end up running three marketplaces and three stock piles, which is how you run out on one channel while sitting on dead inventory in another. We hold one pool in Austin and fulfill every channel from it.

Amazon FBM and FBA

Seller-fulfilled orders dispatch the same day when they arrive before the daily cutoff, which is what protects your seller metrics and the Buy Box. The same stock also feeds FBA: we prep to FNSKU standard and drip-feed replenishment so you are not paying Amazon storage on six months of cover.

Walmart Marketplace and WFS

Walmart orders pick and ship on the same SLA, and we prep WFS inbound shipments to Walmart's carton and labeling spec. If you are moving from Amazon-only to both, the inventory does not have to be split or forecast twice.

eBay, Shopify and the rest

eBay, Etsy, Newegg, Back Market, Target Plus and your own Shopify store all ship from the same floor, with tracking pushed back to each listing. Adding a channel becomes a listing decision rather than a logistics project.

Coverage

Nationwide reach from one central building

The standard 3PL pitch is to split your inventory across several warehouses to shorten delivery times. It also splits your forecasting, multiplies your minimums, and strands stock in the wrong region when demand moves.

From Austin we reach most of the continental United States in one to three ground days, which covers the delivery promise on the large majority of orders. You get national coverage without paying to hold the same SKU in four places, and without the franchise markup that comes with a network you do not own.

“One pool, one forecast, one invoice. Splitting inventory across a network sounds faster until you are out of stock in the region that actually ordered.”

What we handle

Products that work well on our floor

General merchandise across most categories. Some goods need handling that a general 3PL should be honest about, so here is where we fit and where we do not.

Bulky goods and furniture

Oversize cartons priced on the space they actually use rather than a flat oversize penalty. Bulky sellers usually save most by moving off per-pallet minimum pricing.

Electronics and small appliances

Serialised receiving, photographed on intake, and returns inspected and function-tested before regrading. Important where return rates run high and write-offs eat the margin.

Books and media

High unit count, low value per unit, so pick accuracy and cost per pick decide whether the category works at all. Bundling and kitting are handled on the same floor.

Home, kitchen and general merchandise

The core of what moves through the building, including polybagging, bundling, FNSKU labeling and carton compliance at $0.75 a unit.

Private label launches

First production run landed, inspected, prepped and split between an FBA seed shipment and a buffer we drip-feed, so a launch does not tie up all your capital in Amazon storage.

What we do not take

Hazmat, temperature-controlled goods and regulated pharmaceuticals. If that is your category you need a specialist facility, and we will say so rather than take the account.
