Think14 is a Texas-registered limited liability company operating a 12,000 sq ft warehouse in United States, with operations offices in Nagpur and Nagpur, India. We provide US market entry services including warehousing, FBA prep, LLC formation, freight, PPC, and account management for sellers expanding to Amazon USA.

2. What information we collect
2.1 Information you give us
- Contact details: name, email, phone/WhatsApp, company name
- Business details: product category, monthly volume, current stage of selling, target launch timeline
- Authentication data: if you create an admin or client portal account – encrypted password hash, login timestamps
- Communication content: messages you send via forms, email, WhatsApp, or live chat
- Payment data: when you become a paying client, we collect billing address and tax ID (TIN/PAN/EIN). Card data is processed by Stripe/Razorpay and never stored on our servers.
2.2 Information collected automatically
- Device & browser: IP address, browser type, OS, screen size, language
- Usage data: pages visited, time on page, referrer URL, scroll depth (via Microsoft Clarity heatmaps)
- Cookies and tracking: see Section 7 below
2.3 Information from third parties
- Public business data (LinkedIn, company registry) when we do qualification research
- Aggregate analytics from Google Analytics 4 and Meta Pixel

We never sell your data. We share only with these categories of recipients, and only when necessary:
- Service providers we use to run the site: Google (Analytics, Workspace), Meta (Pixel), Microsoft (Clarity), SendGrid/Postmark (email), Tawk.to (chat), Cloudflare (CDN/security), hCaptcha (bot protection)
- Payment processors: Stripe (USA), Razorpay (India)
- Service partners for your business: Amazon Seller Central (with your authorization), shipping carriers (FedEx, UPS, ocean freight forwarders), customs brokers
- Legal & tax advisors: our CPA, attorney, bank when required for compliance
- Government bodies: IRS, FinCEN (for BOI filings), state revenue departments – only as legally required
5. International data transfers
Your data may be transferred between the USA and India for the operational running of our services. We use standard contractual clauses (SCCs) and only work with subprocessors who provide adequate data protection. EU/UK users: we rely on SCCs for US transfers. India users: we comply with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
6. Your rights
Depending on your location, you have the right to:
- Access – request a copy of the data we hold about you
- Rectify – correct inaccurate data
- Erase – request deletion ("right to be forgotten") – subject to legal retention obligations
- Restrict processing
- Object to processing based on legitimate interest
- Portability – receive your data in machine-readable format
- Withdraw consent at any time
- Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (e.g. ICO in the UK, Data Protection Board in India, your state attorney general in the US)

7. Cookies and tracking technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies to make the site work, measure traffic, and improve your experience. Categories:
- Strictly necessary – session, CSRF tokens, hCaptcha (cannot be disabled)
- Analytics – Google Analytics 4, Microsoft Clarity (anonymous, aggregated)
- Marketing – Meta Pixel, Google Ads (only with your consent)
- Functional – Tawk.to chat preferences

8. How we protect your data

- hCaptcha bot protection
- Server-side input validation and parameterized queries (no SQL injection)
- Access logs reviewed monthly
- Backups encrypted and rotated weekly
9. Children
Our services are not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe we have, contact us immediately for deletion.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be announced via email to active clients and via banner on the homepage.
