Returns are revenue, if you handle them right.

FBA returns land at our Austin TX warehouse. We inspect every unit, recondition what we can, send sellable inventory back to FBA, list lightly-used on eBay, dispose only what is truly broken. You recover 60-80% of the value Amazon would otherwise liquidate.

What we do with every return, step by step.

Receive and log

FBA-returns address is our Austin TX warehouse. Every unit logged, photographed, condition graded on day of receipt.

Inspection grading

Grade A (resell as new), Grade B (resell as used), Grade C (parts only), Grade D (dispose). Clear standards per category.

Reconditioning

Clean, repackage, replace missing manuals, fix minor issues. Most Grade B units become Grade A after reconditioning.

Resend to FBA

Grade A units relabeled and sent back to FBA as new. Inbound shipment created, pickup scheduled.

Used resale

Grade B units listed on eBay or Mercari at a discount. We handle photos, listing, shipping. You set the price floor.

Reimbursement claims

When the return is Amazon-caused (lost, damaged in warehouse), we file reimbursement claims. Recover the unit cost.

Common questions

What happens to my Amazon returns by default?+

Amazon sends them to your FBA-returns warehouse address. If you do not have one, they get disposed or sent to liquidation (you lose 100%). With us, returns come to USA for inspection.

What can be recovered?+

About 40-60% of returns are unopened or like-new and can be re-shipped to FBA as new. Another 20-30% need light reconditioning (clean, repackage, sell as used). The rest are damaged/missing parts and we dispose or liquidate.

How much does this cost?+

$1.50 per return inspected. $2.50 to recondition and repackage. $0.75 to send back to FBA. Compare to losing 100% of the unit cost on liquidated returns.

Can you sell my returns on eBay or used?+

Yes. We list "Used - Like New" or "Used - Good" units on eBay or Mercari with your branding. You set the discount. We take 8% as listing fee, you keep the rest.

What about FBA reimbursements?+

When Amazon loses or damages inventory in their warehouse, we file claims for reimbursement. Recover 1-3% of revenue on average. Included in account management plan, separate fee here ($49 per claim).

Do you handle returnless refunds?+

When Amazon refunds a customer without requiring product return (common for low-value items), we track these and dispute if abuse pattern detected. Recover lost revenue from policy violations.
