Common questions

Is the fee flat or a percentage of ad spend?+

Flat. $499 per month per Amazon account, no matter if you spend $500 or $50,000 on ads. Most agencies take 10-20% of spend, which gets expensive fast.

How is ACoS tracked?+

We aim for ACoS at or below 20% on mature campaigns. Launch campaigns can run higher (30-40%) for the first 60 days to gain rank. Reported weekly.

Which campaign types do you run?+

Sponsored Products (exact, phrase, broad, auto), Sponsored Brands (storefront and video), and Sponsored Display (audiences, ASIN targeting, remarketing). All set up day 1.

Do I need to give you full Seller Central access?+

Just user permission to "Reports", "Advertising", and "Inventory". We do NOT need admin or banking access. Revoke any time.

How long until ACoS comes down?+

Most new accounts: 45-60 days to optimize ACoS to under 20%. We negative-keyword aggressively in week 2 onward and the gains compound.

What if my product is not converting?+

PPC cannot fix a bad listing. We will audit your listing first (title, bullets, A+, images, price) and tell you honestly if PPC will work. Sometimes we say "fix the listing before paying us".
