Independent buffer vs Amazon-only storage
Amazon Warehousing and Distribution (AWD) is Amazon's own low-cost bulk storage that auto-replenishes FBA. It is convenient if you sell only on Amazon and want the simplest possible setup. Think14 is an independent buffer: it holds your bulk stock, preps it, and drip-feeds FBA on your schedule, but it can just as easily ship a Walmart order, fulfil a Shopify sale, or process a return.
Control and multi-channel reach
AWD feeds Amazon and only Amazon, and you operate on Amazon's process. Think14 feeds every channel from one pool and gives you control over prep, inspection and returns, including reselling most returns rather than writing them off. For a seller diversifying beyond Amazon, that reach is the whole point.
Lock-in and the India chain
AWD keeps you inside Amazon's pricing and ecosystem. Think14's flat storage plus multi-channel fulfillment is often cheaper in total for a seller who sells in more than one place, with no single-ecosystem lock-in. And for India-based sellers, Think14 adds the US company setup, freight, customs and tax filings that AWD does not offer.
