We want satisfied clients, not stuck ones. This is how refunds work – short and clear.

1. One-time setup fees

Discovery & quote

Free. Always. No charge for the initial 30-minute call or written proposal.

US LLC formation packages ($1,499 / $2,499 / $4,999)

You can cancel and get a refund based on what's been done:

Before LLC filing started	100% refund minus $99 processing fee
LLC filed, EIN not started	50% refund ($299 state filing fee + our $200 work non-refundable)
EIN obtained	No refund – service complete to that point
All deliverables provided	No refund – service fully delivered

Refund requests must be made within 60 days of the original payment, in writing to billing@think14distributors.com.

2. Monthly subscriptions

Cancellation

Cancel anytime. No lock-in contracts. Email billing@think14distributors.com by the 25th of the month to stop the next month's billing.

Mid-month cancellation

Monthly fees are not pro-rated. If you cancel on the 15th, you've paid for the full month and service continues to month-end.

Performance issues

If we miss agreed SLAs (e.g. 24-hour FBA prep, 99% inventory accuracy) for 2 consecutive months, you can request a 50% credit on the affected service for the failure month. This is your sole remedy for SLA misses.

3. Per-unit FBA prep fees

Billed monthly in arrears based on actual units prepped. No refund once units are prepped and shipped to Amazon. If we mis-prep a unit (wrong label, wrong packaging), we re-prep at no charge.

4. Warehouse storage

Storage is billed monthly. You can remove inventory anytime – once removed and verified, billing stops at month-end. Existing month's storage is not refundable.

5. PPC management

Monthly management fee is non-refundable once the month has started. Ad spend you pay directly to Amazon and is never billed by us – we don't profit from your ad spend, only from our fixed management fee.

6. Freight bookings

Once we book your shipment with a carrier, the carrier's terms apply. Many bookings are non-refundable once issued. We'll always tell you what's refundable before booking.

7. How to request a refund

Email billing@think14distributors.com with your invoice number and reason
We acknowledge within 1 business day
We respond with refund decision within 7 business days
Approved refunds are processed within 14 days back to original payment method

8. Disputes

If a refund is denied and you disagree, follow the dispute resolution process in our Terms of Service. Please don't initiate a chargeback before talking to us – almost every issue is fixable directly.
